LaShonda M. Whitaker resides in Lancaster County with her daughter Wanda Marie. She has a background serving both young children and elderly communities in various positions including Food Services, Mental Health, Personal Care, and Teaching.
In 2012 as Residential Supervisor for Mental Health Company Community Services Group, LaShonda was responsible for implementing Healthful Foods, Account Management, Overhead Budgeting, Staff and Operations Management when she decided to purchase a home to operate a small child care facility.
Since 2013 LaShonda has provided children with quality meals and healthy habits education at Whitaker Family Child Care Program, which inspired her to provide Healthful Meals to other children in schools throughout Lancaster County. LaShonda has made it her life’s mission to increase the mental well-being of children throughout Lancaster County through quality Meal services.

Growing up a resident of Lancaster County, Jennifer Santiago always had a passion for helping others. After graduating from J.P. McCaskey High she followed her calling and completed her undergraduate degree in Social Work at Millersville University in 2011. Her passion for social activism led her to work closely with adolescents placed in the Lancaster County Children & Youth Agency. She is currently a Resident Services Coordinator at Housing Development Corporation MidAtlantic. Jennifer provides countless services to four Senior apartment buildings and three general occupancy buildings scattered throughout Lancaster County. She also facilitates a food pantry, open to all Quarryville residents through the Central Pa Food Bank. Jennifer enjoys spending quality time with her children and giving back to her community.

Wanda Marie loves being very active in her family business and community. She cheerfully assists in printing, filing documents, labeling, and packaging duties. She is passionate about environmental protection, and economic development and often volunteers her spare time. Her hobbies include Bike riding, science experiments, and finger knitting. Wanda currently participates in the Hunger Free Lancaster project as she helps serve Meals at the Salvation Army.
